  Other important information
  • You can trial one, or all three QuickBooks products, including QuickBooks EasyStart 2010/11, QuickBooks Plus 2010/11 or QuickBooks Premier 2010/11.
  • The free trial is limited to six months, but there is no limitation as to how many transactions you can make during this period.
  • QuickBooks Trial Software is activated online.
  • You will receive warnings at various intervals during your six month trial, reminding you when your trial is due to end.
  • You can purchase a full version from the Reckon eStore or a leading retail outlet anytime during the trial period.
  • If your six month trial ends before you purchase a full version, QuickBooks will remain active, but you will not be able to edit the company data file. However, you will still be able to purchase the full version or annual licence software, and then re-install the program and access and edit your trial company data file.

  • Requires 9 MB for QuickBooks Pro Timer
  • At least 256-colour SVGA video

  • All online features / services require Internet access with at least a 56 Kbps modem (ADSL or Cable Modem recommended)

Integration Requirements

  • Microsoft Word and Excel integration requires Microsoft Word and Excel 2002, 2003 or 2007. Integration limited to export only.
  • If you want to synchronise with contact management software, you need Microsoft Outlook 2002, 2003 or 2007. Contact synchronisation with Outlook requires QuickBooks Contact Sync for Outlook.
  • Compatible with Reckon Retail Point of Sale Enterprise, Professional and Lite 2010/11 versions upon release.

Multi-User Requirements

  • Multi-user mode is optimised for Microsoft Windows 2003 Server or Windows Server 2008 operating systems, and for Windows XP Pro/VistaTM/7*.
  • Terminal Services are supported for QuickBooks 2010/11 Premier and Enterprise.

*64 bit on versions only supported for Windows 7. 32 bit versions supported for Windows XP/VistaTM/7.
**Not all versions of Windows VistaTM/7 are supported. Support is provided for Windows VistaTM Business and Ultimate and Windows 7 Professional and Ultimate.
