  1. This promotion applies only to customers of Quicken Australia.

  2. This promotion applies only in Australia.

  3. Only current registered customers of Quicken Australia are eligible to enter the promotion.

  4. Only customers who update their personal details via the Quicken website during the promotion period will be eligible to go into the draw. Any changes to personal details made via the customer call centre will not result in an entry into the promotion.

  5. Only one entry per customer ID is permitted.

  6. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offer.

  7. This promotion will open at 10am Friday 28 January 2005 and will close at 5pm Friday 11 March, 2005.

  8. Quicken Australia assumes no responsibility for entry forms that do not reach it by the closing date, eg: any network, internet access or similar technical failure.

  9. Incomplete entry forms will not be eligible to participate in the promotion.

  10. Employees of Quicken Australia, Quicken Resellers, Quicken Professional Partners, Quicken Accredited Trainers and members of their immediate families as well as suppliers, associated companies and agencies, are not eligible to enter.

  11. Determination of eligibility to be placed in the draw is entirely within the discretion of Quicken Australia.

  12. The draw will take place on Tuesday 15 March, 2005 at the offices of Reckon Ltd, Grnd Flr, 35 Saunders St, Pyrmont, NSW, 2009. The winner's details as entered via the website will be verified before any prize is awarded.

  13. The winner will be contacted by mail and the winner's name will be published in The Australian on Monday 21 March, 2005 and posted to the Quicken web site at http://www.quicken.com.au.

  14. If the prize is unclaimed an unclaimed prize draw will be held on Monday 20 June, 2005.

  15. The outcome of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
