| Are you receiving the same correspondence from Reckon multiple times? |
Over time, it is possible that customers can come to have a number of records with us and, as a result, will sometimes receive duplicates in correspondence. We know how frustrating this can be, so help us minimize this inconvenience to you.
Simply send an email to administration@reckon.com.au listing the various customer IDs that appear on your correspondence. We will ensure your records are updated as soon as possible.
