Emergency Assistance: software loss
Your software needs to be replaced if you no longer have access to either your original Quicken software CD OR your unique software licence key number. Without either, you will need to replace your software with a new version. Call 1300 QUICKEN (1300 784 253) for details of the current version available of your software.

 Why?

You need both of these items to confirm you are the legitimate owner of the software. Quicken have taken these steps to counteract software pirates whose activities increase the cost of software for legitimate users.

 Insurance will not be paying to replace my software

This will be the case if you are not insured or your policy does not include cover for the circumstances that resulted in your software loss. Quicken recommends that you double check your policy with respect to your software as it & the associated datafile hold important information for you.
