Technical Support	All Reckon customers who are not members of Reckon Advantage can access over-the-phone technical support for a $/ minute fee.	$4.90 / minute
Advantage Joining Fee	When you join Reckon Advantage there is an administrative fee charged. This fee is once off if your membership remains current.	$100.00
Replacement CD's	If a customer damages their software CD or requires a download file to be provided on CD we charge to burn, pack and ship the CD.	Maximum $50.00
Shipping	All orders that require delivery incur a delivery fee.	$16.00
Verification of registration	If a customer requires their product to be re -registered, an administration fee is charged to verify and process this re -registration. This fee is charged at a fixed rate and appears on the customer's phone bill.	$9.00 ex GST
Lost Licence Keys	Issuing new licence keys due to loss or other circumstance. These can only be generated for subscription or Reckon Advantage customers and for upgrade purposes. Issuing of licence keys is subject to approval.	$50.00 - where approved
Credit Card Reprocessing	When a customer's credit card is declined due to insufficient funds or incorrect details being provided, an administrative fee will be charged.	$15.00
Password Removal	For removal of passwords from copies of Reckon software within FIVE business days.	$150.00
Password Removal - EXPRESS	For removal of passwords from copies of Reckon software by the next business day. Available via email only.	$250.00
Data Conversion	Converting current software files to the most recent version of the software within FIVE business days. Price varies depending on the file.	From $75.00 - $275.00
Data Recovery	Recovery of damaged or corrupt data from Reckon software files within FIFTEEN business days. Charges are based on file size.	$250.00 for every 10MB or part thereof
