Quicken does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence. Quicken is a provider of technology to manage and administer accounts and personal finances but it does not deal in financial products and it does not provide financial products advice.
The Credit Card Payment service is provided by VeriSign, Inc. Australia Pty Ltd (Verisign) under an agreement between VeriSign and Quicken. A portion of the fees paid by you to VeriSign will be rebated to Quicken as a wholesaler's commission.
Quicken and its related bodies corporate (to the extent permitted by the law) have no legal liability to you in respect of the Credit Card Payment Service and the activities and service of VeriSign and its related bodies corporate.
The Customer Payment Solution is provided by (Bill Express Limited (Bill Express), an authorised representative of Cuscal Limited) under an agreement between Bill Express and Quicken. A portion of the fees paid by you to Bill Express will be rebated to Quicken as a commission.
Quicken and its related bodies corporate (to the extent permitted by the law) have no legal liability to you in respect of the Bill Express service and the activities and service of Bill Express and its related bodies corporate.
