Quicken and Bill Express has combined to provide QuickBooks users with the ability to offer their customers multiple payment options. These include over the counter, by phone or via the internet.
You will need to subscribe to use this service and go through an approval process with Bill Express to become a merchant. The approval process will determine the options you have available to you to receive payments through.
Once the approval process has been completed you will receive a confirmation email from Bill Express providing you with the relevant details including the location of where to gather your QuickBooks templates containing the available payment options.
The footer of your invoice will look similar to this depending on your approval:
When your customer receives their invoice they can pay using any of the options available to them.
Bill Express will provide all merchants with an email of the payments that are being received. Once received the payments will be able to be imported within QuickBooks allowing you to match it against your received payments.
