| The Professional Services Group looks after the interests of Accounting Professionals and Product Specialists.
How did the Professional Services Group Start?
With 320000 Australian small businesses using Quicken Software a natural relationship has grown between Accounting Professionals and us. As clients approached their Accountants with their Quicken software or requested training it became clear a separate group of Quicken customers were forming.
What is a Professional Partner?
Quicken's Professional Partners are, as the name would suggest, in partnership with us. There is a need for our clients accounts to be analysed through Accountants and on the other hand it is necessary for Accounting Professionals to have the software to enable that process.
What is the Goal?
Wealthy, stress-free and satisfied clients. Ultimately we want customers who find it easy to do their accounts and find it easy to interact with their accountant. The days of the shoebox are creeping into the yesterday and it is programs such as QuickBooks that enable this transition.
What are the benefits of being a Professional Partner?
Professional Partners receive the latest software updates as well as easy to use tools to enable you to edit your clients files where necessary. We also offer commission programs so you not only get the kudos of recommending the worlds best selling financial software but that recommendation turns into real dollars growing the value of your business. What is an Accredited Trainer?
Users and professionals demand quality local product support, and so should all professionals working with financial applications. Again we see this relationship as a partnership. We supply the tools to conduct the training and facilitate in gaining leads whilst our trainers operate their own practices in their local area.
How Do I Become an Accredited Trainer?
All trainers attend an initial 5 day accreditation and reaccreditations are conducted each subsequent year. Quicken Accreditation exams have a pass mark of 70% and this must be achieved before a trainer can advertise their services as a Quicken Accredited Trainer.
How Do I find an Accredited Trainer>
Accredited Trainers can spend the time to get you acquainted with the Quicken software. There are one on one sessions or classroom training available depending on where you are. To find an accredited Trainer in your area click here.
