Am I entitled to the re-registration refund?
To be eligible for a refund of the $9.00 re-registration fee, you must have
re-registered your copy of Quicken Personal 2004 (or earlier), or QuickBooks
2003 (or earlier).
If you believe you satisfy these criteria, please proceed to Step 2.

$9.00 re-registration refund and $45.00 upgrade discount
All customers genuinely affected by this issue are eligible to apply for the
$9.00 refund and also to receive $45.00 off an upgrade to the latest version of
your software.

You will be required to complete a number of forms in order to allow us to
verify that the $9.00 re-registration fee was paid.
To receive the $45.00 upgrade discount, please

By purchasing the upgrade, you will automatically be entitled to the $9.00
refund.*
* Customers who upgrade to the latest version of their software are not required
to complete the additional forms required of customers who wish only to claim
the $9.00 refund. By purchasing the latest version of your software, the piracy
issues associated with re-registering software are negated as full disclosure
of your identity and installations will be recorded at that time.
